BEE Corp provides solutions to current and new BBBEE legislative requirements in terms of skills development. New codes as implemented in May 2015 require the following:
- Companies have to achieve a minimum of 40% of their skills targets in order to maintain their level.
- Generic companies with a turnover of 50 million and higher, 6% of total payroll should be spent on training.
